Cancellation Policy

  • Any modifications or cancellations to an order must be made within 24 hours of placing it.
  • After this period, we might not be able to fulfill your request as the order may have already entered processing.
  • Should you cancel within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.


Returns and Refunds


We provide a 14-day return window in accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 calendar days of receiving it for a refund or replacement.


Conditions for Return:

  • Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, with all accessories and documents included.
  • We reserve the right to deduct a portion of the refund if the item shows signs of excessive use beyond what is necessary to evaluate the product.
  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged.
  • Shipping costs for the original order are non-refundable.


How to Start a Return:

  1. Contact us via email within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, providing your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Our team will review your request and provide instructions for returning the item.
  3. Include your order number and name in the return package to ensure prompt processing.

Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item(s) and process your refund within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued in Euro (EUR €) as per the original purchase amount. Customers are responsible for any fees associated with foreign currency transactions or exchange rates.


Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, you must inform us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • To report a damaged item, email us with a clear photo of the damage.
  • Eligible items will be replaced free of charge.

Please note: Shipping packaging damage (e.g., dented boxes) is not considered product damage if the item itself is in good condition.

Failure to do so may result in damage or injury, for which we cannot be held responsible, and any resulting refunds or replacements will be at our discretion.
